Is your DBS statement showing "ITR" transaction code? ITR is for transfers between DBS bank accounts(including Singlife's DBS account).

And, this "15 days to update" is even slower than if cheques are used to fund accounts.

Confirm account number is correct ?

Everytime before I transfer to Singlife, first thing I do is check if the account number changed, just in case.

Who knows later the app account number suddenly changed woah.

Like my Singtel Dash virtual card, suddenly changed without any notifications. (Not even close to expiry date)

IIRC its never changed for mine, the DBS a/c for singlife topup...

Then again i suspect they will change their interest first so you should have a lot of tells before it hit.

That's why limit daily outwards transfer to $20,000 from the very beginning.

I noticed this too and had asked their agents about it. Reply was that each time u log into the app, the referral link is changed, but no worries, as whoever uses the previous links will still be recorded accordingly. No idea why their system so complicated though..
