Has your number been ported successfully? Any issues with OTP for other apps?

Ported in successfully.
No issue with OTP from other banks.
Seems like only Singlife.

I only know shopee top up and shopback Go gotten 5% as online spend for DBS LiveFresh. Mayb his 10% is referring to after top up on off shopee gives vouchers (10 to 15%) to offset purchases for payment via shopee pay?

Yes, I received sms too (And it seems they don't care to send a follow-up to apologise for this blunder).

This is not a good signal. It doesn't instill confidence for Singlife.

For a new startup company, I still can understand lah.
But Singlife has been here for sometime, they should have matured enough to have processes, standard & policy to handle this kind of things (regardless weekend or not! ).
