I am not sure if my situation is the same as your but you can check. I am using Android Phone and I could receive OTP for all parties except CMLink. I switched the sim to an iphone and could received the OTP from CMLink. Meaning the issue is not with the sms but the phone.

I then checked the SMS app and realized there is a Spam folder. Inside the folder I found my original sms message. In my case I blocked name 'VERIFY' and it happened to be used by CMLink. I had to unblock the name to allow the sms message to come through.

Yup, strange that it's dbs. For my case, I didn't change sim card. I can't even login to my Singlife app. Dbs is totally not in the loop at all. I don't even know what to tell them if they ask why am I calling them when it's Singlife I'm trying to login to..

Is the withdrawal from Grow to bank account, instantaneous, just like withdrawal from Singlife to bank account?

If yes, only then I will prefer Grow, I get that high liquidity and let my money work for me at the same time.

If the withdrawal process takes like T+1 or longer, I am not keen as the higher management fee of 1% per annum doesn't justify the convenience of investing directly from Singlife, I would rather choose a Roboadvisor.

Then, on 19/12, Singlife did a maintenance and since then, it stopped working for me. Had called Singtel and they did a "reset" on their end. Still, it didn't work. Singlife had mentioned that if I'm able to trigger a missed call alert, the otp will work. But, I'm using Singtel Hicard, missed call alert is not a feature provided. Really at a loss now. Want to withdraw also cannot, want to deposit also cannot.

Maybe you can consider port to m1 or starhub prepaid card since you mention you are using singtel hicard to see if that solve the problem. M1 prepaid card has this miss call alert.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm looking into either that, or changing my Singlife hp number.

Using Giga, can receive sms otp from all others like DBS, UOB but can’t receive it from SingLife. Tried asking both Giga and SingLife but they need to get back to me during working days. Any other methods I can try to resolve this on my own?

No issue with giga since day 1 back when I onboarded singlife back when it was 2.5%.... just receieved OTP on giga back on 1st Jan with no issue whatsoever as well....

This should be the rebalancing. I started few days but already seeing the selling too. Should just look at the overall.

Precisely. Facing the same issue as you since 19/12. Was working well before that. If they can support otp via email or voice call, won't have so much frustration.

Assuming you have their card and you are spending more than $500 for over-the-counter purchases, this is the illustration of a $500 spent per month;

- without spending, 2% of 10k / per month = $16.67
- with spending, 2.5% of 10k / per month = $20.83

Difference = $4.16

Granted you have better rebates for most cashback credit cards or online purchases using certain credit cards but if you need to spend for small amount, over-the-counter purchases, there is still some value to it.
