Hi all Sifus - other then checking our account balance through mobile app, will we get any official statement from Singlife? I just joined last month, just wonder if there's any official statement for our account. thanks.

I get a monthly e-statement from Singlife stating the interest earned for that month.

Understood that Sir. Im asking for opinion, see if anyone does it. Thank you for the reply.
erm that isn't an opinion? but rather more of a fact? There will sure be people who are doing it and those who aren't. is there a 2nd part to the question?

This should be the rebalancing. I started few days but already seeing the selling too. Should just look at the overall.

The rebalancing ensures your portfolio remains both relevant to and consistent with the current investment environment and its risk profile. The asset manager is responsible for the portfolio rebalancing. The rebalancing will be effected through buying or selling of respective ILP sub-fund(s) to achieve the target allocation. There is no action required of you. The asset manager may initiate rebalancing to reflect a revised asset allocation view or to take advantage of any market mispricing.

ahh, thanks for the information ! I was wondering how come mine has withdrawal status as well when I did not make any withdrawal. Contacted the singlife whatsapp but didn't get a reply as well. thanks! i shall continue to keep track over the next few days.

Precisely. Facing the same issue as you since 19/12. Was working well before that. If they can support otp via email or voice call, won't have so much frustration.

In the end, I told Singlife to change my account login number. Did a simple phone verification and it was updated shortly. Now, I'm able to receive otp on the new number. Not an ideal solution, but it works and that's most important. Still don't what's wrong with my old number that's causing me not to receive otp.

Yes, and to add to that, their CS only work on weekdays. So if you have any issue on weekends, just suck thumb and wait for Monday. And, i only contact them via WhatsApp. Reply is not instant and can be a few hours before you get one.

Back with the latest update.

Their staff just called me and explained.

Turn out it is not the portfolio re-balancing. According to her, the withdrawal is actually the quarterly fee. Similar to the interest for its SAVE account, the quarterly fee for GROW account is calculated on a daily basis and then charged every Quarter - on Mar, Jun, Sep and Dec.

In this case, I guess that explains why many of us sees the 'withdrawal' statement in our GROW account since a quarter has just ended.

Yup. Total 3 grow accounts, 1 back in Nov. 2 within the Dec period. Although overall is getting 4% but still find it weird why it being withdrawn without me requesting for it.

4% is average returns of all 3 low/mid/high risk portfolio?

Hmm really average return nia leh, as in nothing spectacular.
