If it is with tracking id and insurance you can file a claim against singpost for lost of mail.

According to USPS, its "Origin post prepaaring shipment". And the date of update was 6th Apr.

Their update is quite slow one... Send to US? USPS is fast update, slow delivery.

So It hasnt been shipped out lah? When lost it is easily known de. It will stucked at a certain point for damn long. 6th apr is an weekend. So they wont shipped out during weekends. Preparing usually take 3-4working days before it will be dispatch out to sorting facilities. Unless it is express then it will be 1-2 working days.

don't worry la... I send 1 pair of JH16, JH13 and reshelled TF10 back to us using the cheapest registered mail via singpost for $16+... no news, have to check usps on the tracking results...

theres a blackout period because is in transit

when it lands at US post

u probably will able to check at usps website...

it doesn't reflect on singpost anymore til its delivered or undelivered due to whatever reason

Problem is that USPS says Origin Post is Preparing Shipment... Till today, will check tomorrow again.

Woah lao, Usps say it isn't at their customs. Singpost tracking states the package has been dispatched out.
