Very bad experience with Speedpost (Singpost) 
TL;DR
Experience
This is the 2nd time.
Got a SMS in the morning (2 days ago):
Waited until 7.30PM, no doorbell, no ghost, no parcel. Check parcel status again at 8PM, says
What the hell?
NO notice / card slipped through the doors for missed delivery. The status now is updated to
Very unhappy, called the customer service (no help). They say they will arrange case for this matter and will require another 3 - 5 waiting days to process (wtf). I asked for immediate look on the matter & self collection.
Sent another feedback through their website.
Day 2: still waiting for "processing". It was a gift for my niece's birthday, officially late.
Anyone knows a direct email to an authority we may forward the issue to?
Kanasai. Macam taik.
TL;DR
- Zero diligence, zero responsibility postmen.
- If you're still waiting for your parcel after 6.30PM, it won't arrive.
- "With delivery courier"? It's uncertain.
- If it's urgent, do not pick this service
