HiHi,
Below is the promotion I applied for and got the notification email that I successfully completed the rewards redemption form.
"Citi Apple iPad/ ErgoTune V3/ AWSE2/ Cash 16 Sep Campaign - Citi Cash Back Card"
But after spending more than $500 and 30++days, I login the Singsaver and as disappointed to find under rewards as nothing is there.
Is that normal for Singsaver users? Well it did state that I might have to wait 90-120days but at least put something to show that there is a record (e.g. verification in progress) for assurance to avoid unnecessary doubts? I did already raised query to CS but pending response.
I did previously applied for similar card rewards, with MoneySmart which was pretty quick, applied in May and received response in June after minimum spend.
Just wondering if anyone applied for Singsaver before and could share their process cycle.
