Asus GT-AX6000What is your Asus router used?
Asus RT-BE92U and ZenWiFi BT10 are not that stable due to the lower end CPU used. But probably Asus will fix them later with new FW updates.

Yes i did bridge it. I checked on whatismyipaddress.com and it shows the same ip as the WAN IP at the router page.I see. That is a good wireless router from Asus.
Did you bridge that ONR or not in the end? If yes, you need to check whether ONR bridging is working or not, you need to check whether your Asus ROG GT-AX6000 got a public IPv4 address or not.
One possiblity thar your problem may be related to the quality of Nokia XS-240X-A (configured in ONT by Starhub). Quite a few Starhub users encountered quality issues. Some have to replace the bundled Fibre Cable and you may want to try this. Some have to replace the full ONT.
That is reassuring to know that bridging is still maintained even through FW upgrades. I am inclined to think that the settings are merely hidden and if someone can figure out the correct page or setting to access it self-bridging should still be possible.Just checked my ONR and it has also been updated to this new FW version -- no easy way of bridging from the above interface.

The ONR will show no internet.

But the good thing is that bridging is still working for me. My main OpenWRT router still has working public IPv4 and IPv6 address.

hopefully wad you mentioned is true.. not sure if another alternative method is to bring the "faulty" ZTE ONR to singtel shop to request exchange for Nokia ONR is feasible anot..That is reassuring to know that bridging is still maintained even through FW upgrades. They may not entertain zte to nokia exchange... And they may also remove or at least hide the option from the nokia ONR in futurehopefully wad you mentioned is true.. not sure if another alternative method is to bring the "faulty" ZTE ONR to singtel shop to request exchange for Nokia ONR is feasible anot..

Go to 192.168.1.254 for the ONR and login. Then go to LAN Status. It will show that LAN1 is 1G max only.Yah internet is lost and reconnects back after awhile. How to check if it is still 2.5G
I would like to know for those managed to convert LAN1 to bridge for the Nokia or ZTE ONR, is the LAN1 (2.5G) also downgraded to 1G only ?
i tried to access via this yesterday but get connection time out.Go to 192.168.1.254 for the ONR and login. Then go to LAN Status. It will show that LAN1 is 1G max only.
Once you bridge alr you have to access the ONR setting page by direct connection to the other unbridged LAN portsi tried to access via this yesterday but get connection time out.
Hi XiaoFan, but if I go ONR GUI and at the LAN status, I did saw its indicating all LAN ports 1G only. Is there other place to look to check that LAN1 is 2.5G still ?I wanted to put snapshot but not sure how to do it. The picture link need a http:// address.LAN 1 is 10Gbps no matter you bridge or not bridge.

Oh! How can I missed this. Yes, my ASUS router WAN is 1G and I connect it to LAN1 of ONR. Much appreciated. My bad. Most likely your own router has the issue and can only negotiate with the ONR 10G port at 1Gbps speed and not 2.5G.
What is your router used? Asus router will have the Web GUI to show the connection speed of the WAN port and LAN ports.
I have no issues to use my mini PC with 10G SFP+ port to negotiate at 10Gbps speed, with the bridged ONR's 10G LAN port, using an SFP+ to RJ45 adapter.
Take note the negotiation speed has nothing to do with your Fibre Internet Plan (3Gbps/5Gbps/10Gbps), but rather decoded by the router/AP you connect to the ONR's 10G LAN port.
If you connect your 2.5Gbps router to the 10G port, by right it should negotiate at 2.5Gbps speed.
You have to upload your picture to a picture sharing site like IMGUR and then post the link here. Your post count is too little so you cannot post the link directly, so you have to describe the link using words.
I'm curious if lets say my entrance is where the ONT terminates and there is only 1 cable from my entrance to the living room where my router is, I was wondering if I could add a switch at the entrance and use trunking to carry my singtel TV from the unbridged port and combine with the bridged port and bring over to my living room. Any insight if this is possible? You have to set VLAN profile on the ONR in order to bridge manually.
If it already works fine, please do not mess with the ONR settings.
If you disable VLAN on the ONR, then your bridging will not work.
I was saying that you do not and you can not enable Singtel VLAN on your OWN wireless router.

Ah yeah I am on the ONR 10G plan, that was initially what I wanted to do setting up a switch on my entrance which is where the ONR. Thanks for the referral I'll head there to askAre you using ONT or ONR? Which SingTel plan?
Only legacy Singtel plans are using ONT.
For bridged SingTel ONR, what you want to achieve is not possible, as the bridged port will not support SingTel TV.
For unbridged SingTel ONR, it is tricky. It will depend on your router.
For SingTel ONT, you do not need the switch, just use a router which works with SingTel ONT (with SingTel VLAN profile support). The router will support SingTel TV.
Edit to add: with SingTel ONR, no matter it is bridged or not bridged, it is quite possible that you can add a pair of managed switch on both side, one with the ONR, the other is in the living room. You need to set up VLAN properly. I am not an expert in VLAN. You may want to ask in the VLAN primer thread.

Just a summary post for reference.
For Singtel ONR users who have Singtel TV box and yet want to use 3rd party router, you have a few choices.
1) Connect Singtel TV box to the Singtel ONR, you may need to have two LAN ports in the TV console area
Singtel ONR -- Singtel TV box
Singtel ONR -- 3rd party router in AP mode (to avoid Double NAT)
2) Use Singtel supported router in AP mode, you only need to have one LAN port in the TV console area
Singtel ONR -- Linksys E9450 in AP mode -- Singtel TV box
Singtel ONR -- Netgear Orbi in AP mode -- Singtel TV box
3) Use Singtel Mesh Router (or Singtel AC Plus or Singtel AC Elite) as the intermediate. You only need one LAN port in the TV console area
Singtel ONR -- Singtel Mesh Router (automatically run in AP mode, you may want to disable its Wifi) -- Singtel TV box
Singtel Mesh Router -- 3rd party router in AP mode
4) Use customized AP mode
Singtel ONR -- 3rd party router in custom AP mode (needs to support IGMP snooping) -- Singtel TV box
