i think our network service is overloaded, i just signed up for a 3g contract under singtel and so far have only managed to use 400mb out of the 12gb offered in the package, and this is due to always poor or no network connection...

i was at esplanade area and it felt like a 3g dead zone.. nothing loads, everything didnt move.. paying every month for such service.. barely abt to use 600mb out of my 12gb data.. somemore i got 30gb free every month from my miotv.. but for what? network is bollocks..

havent mention that it still 2g over at sembawang area!

There's always an issue here in tanjong pagar. sit near window also cant get network.

Get used to it... they'll smoke bomb you anyway. Getting off singtel once contract is up

They might offer u a femtocell but the call quality is not exactly perfect. There's no drop calls but kind of slight soft interference when making calls. You are better off using wifi if mobile reception is close to perfect.

ya, I know singtel do. As I got poor reception at my area months ago. Did a feedback to ida and they let singtel know about it and offered me a femtocell. I think its on a case to case basis so i tried on it since there's no monthly fee or additional charges.

HI,

I live around ANG MO KIO ST32.

I have a dual sim card phone. One main one is singtel and other is M1.

Both sometimes goes to 0 NO signal and calls can't be made or receive. Both for Singtel and M1.

Is this normal or its my phone problem ?

BUT when I goes to town I don't have such problem leh.

Any one can comment ?

Although I am home. Feedback is that " My number is unreachable" than sms will come in say - someone tried to call when I was unreachable.

The signal can go from 3 bars to zero bars..........for both Singtel and M1


I live on 24th floor of the building not much blockage as far as I see.........
Yet phone signal can ...........

Why like that..........
