Singtel 3G or LTE not working

Any Singtel users have experience that no (virtually no, or extremely slow) data signal at NEL mrt line (from sengkang to and fro Serangoon)?
I really cannot connect up Internet.
Speedtest program also cannot detect, or when run virtually hang. It keeps spinning.

Tried and all no use.
Run 3G or/and LTE option.
Toggle airplane mode.
Off and on phone.

Even signal in compasspoint and Nex also no good.

Using iphone 5 running iOS6.0, no jailbreak.

lol that's singtel for you. don't expect any data to work from them when you're underground...

they can't even fix connection issues in shopping malls

But circle line seems fine.
Yeah. Shopping mall area always got weak or no data signal although phone shown 3G.
Wonder Singtel do any load test.
Maybe too many people, network cannot take it.

Haha even residential also ... Some places can't even get a decent connection... Only got 2g

Same here for the green line. No LTE at all. Although it shows there's 3G, pages still doesn't load. So irritating.

singtel 3g really sucks lately.. even when i'm on the bus, in a residential area, cannot get any bandwidth at all. hope they get investigated and fined gao gao. makes me wonder what i'm paying so much every month for. can apply lemon law?

NEL used to be very gd in 3G reception but now as u said, extremely slow. Circle Line is a lot better and speedy, now I'm replying this msg in the Circle Line on my way home.

Over the pass few months I am not able to log on to 3G data at all in places that in the pass is good with 3G data. Seems like as Singtel build up 4G, they are "disabling" 3G.

Haha anyway be glad 4G not everywhere . I use it so damn freaking minimum , like conserve data only 3G turn on and use like WWll also one day 200mb least. One month sure over 2GB one.

During Peak Hour on NEL, my Singtel not sure why can't make any call or receive call at all... forget about 3G and LTE totally like in a cave... my M1 still survive at least can make and receive a call...

I have the same problem with my Singtel 3G. Every morning w/o fail the moment i step into Sgoon mrt, my 3G will totally stop working (whatsapp cant connect, email and webpage cant load) even though reception is full bar and 3G icon is on. through my journey on circle line till i alight at buona vista, no connection at all. Very frustrating. Same problem when direction is reversed in the evening. Battery drain like mad and phone becomes very hot cos it keeps connecting to network.

Initially i thought it was my phone, but i suspect its a deeper network issue rather than coverage issue. Wanted to call Singtel but process is painful and chances are they will tell u no abnormalities detected since reception is full.

Those who have such connectivity issue, what phone u using? im using ip5

Usually, when the 3G doesn't load anything, I switch to 2G. It works decently around 70% of the time during my travel on the NEL, CCL, and EWL everyday. I even had a stranger using iPhone 5 asking me how come I can use data even though we're both on Singtel. Give it a shot.

I'm also on Singtel 3G and without fail, everytime I get fast 3G connections on circle line but on NEL, hopeless. I'm using 4S.

Guys, are you still experiencing this issue with 4G? I'm on galaxy s3 and I realized my 4G is not working. Switched to 3g and everything Works!
