Most (if not all) of the above plans will come with the following: you may want to cancel immediately if you see them in the terms and conditions. Some times Singtel online staff may or may not include them during the sign-up process. You need to be careful to check by yourself and cancel accordingly as early as possible. The last two 1 month offers is usually useless.
  • 3 FREE months of Microsoft 365 (Family) (U.P $18.99/mth applies thereafter)
  • 1 FREE month of Parental Control Pass (U.P $6.01/mth applies thereafter)
  • 1 FREE month of Singtel Home Protect Flexi (U.P. $8/mth applies thereafter)
The first one is worse --> Singtel may send you the link and claim that no matter you activate Microsoft 365 Family plan or not, you will be charged. You need to cancel from the app or ask Singtel to cancel.

For my Singtel 5Gbps sign-up in August 2024, I cannot find the Microsoft 365 add-on in my Singtel App and Singtel online account offer. But I was still worried since I only noticed the email from Singtel about Microsoft Office 365 last week. I only activate the free 1 year Disnet+ and Viu premium offer links from Singtel. I had to check with Singtel support and interestingly it was cancelled on the same day of the installation. So I may have unsubscribe the add-on on the first day of installation but I could not remember.

Example terms and conditions as of 26-Nov-2024.
https://www.singtel.com/content/dam/singtel/eshop/Fibre/agreements/singtel-fibre-broadband-tncs.pdf

Free 3 months Microsoft 365: Microsoft 365 promotion is applicable per Broadband sign-up. Customers will be charged via their Singtel bill at the list price of $15.49/month for Personal or $18./month for Family editions after any promotion period. Customers have up to 3 months to download and activate their subscription upon receiving the confirmation SMS or email. Microsoft 365 Service will be charged regardless of whether customer activates the Microsoft 365 Service.

For Amazon Prime membership (shopping and Amazon Prime Video), I could not activate the 12-month offer as Amazon says it is only for new members. Anyway, I am not using it so I just removed the add-on.

6 months Promotional Period: 2Gbps Enhanced Plan, 2Gbps Mesh Plan
12 months Promotional Period: 5Gbps Enhanced Plan, 10Gbps Enhanced Plan, 5Gbps Pro Gamer

Hmm, I just checked the terms and conditions --> existing users need to cancel the membership to become eligible again.

https://www.singtel.com/content/dam.../lifestyle-services/prime/AmazonPrime_TNC.pdf
1.4 Existing Amazon Prime Membership subscribers are not eligible for this offer but may choose to become
eligible for this promotion after cancelling your existing Amazon Prime Membership subscription with Amazon.
Your existing subscription details, such as shopping, viewing history, settings, etc will not be automatically
transferred to the new account.

I recently got the 3gbps plan. Was issued with Nokia XS-204X-A ONR and installed 2 days ago.

Followed the guide found in the forum to set to bridge for LAN1 (10G) port and connected my OPNsense router. So far, very stable, didn't notice any issues. My OPNsense router only has 2.5G, and speedtest showing about 2.1Gbps speed, which is normal.

For setting the LAN port as bridge, I also login to superadmin using "support" as username, and the password is the reverse of what was printed on the label at the bottom of the ONR.
Selected "Create a new Connection" in the Network->WAN page, Connection mode set as "Bridge mode", "Enable/Disable" is ticked.
I also set the VLAN according to what was shown for the original WAN connection, which is in my case: "Enable VLAN" is ticked and the "IP mode" set to "Add svlan", with "VLAN ID" as 10, didn't change the "VLAN PRI" which is default 0. And just tick the LAN port to bind, which in my case is LAN 1, only. My OPNsense router did not need to set any VLAN on the WAN side, just normal DHCP client on WAN side.

YMMV, I do not have any other services connected to the ONR, such as TV box or phone line. Not sure if this settings will affect those or not.
Bridge at your own risk.
Just wanted to update the forum, since I am very grateful to achieve this bridging setup with Singtel's ONR due to reading these forums.

Take note SingTel is using ONR for all the plans now, including 2Gbps (GPON.ONR), 3Gbps, 5Gbps and 10Gbps plans (XGS-PON ONR).

If you do not mind using ONR, then the 3Gbps offer at S$29.90 per month is the best value plan from SingTel (only meant for new customers and targeted existing customers).

The following Singtel 3Gbps special offer at S$29.90 per month is said to be only until yesterday as per the terms and conditions. Not so sure if anyone here has got this offer. It is supposed to be for new customers and targeted existing recontract customers.

The above offer is also listed in the following page.
https://www.singtel.com/personal/products-services/broadband/eform/5gbps-10gbps-addons-tv

For other existing users, the best price I can find is at S$39.90 per month for Singtel 3Gbps plan recontract. The following link used to be the recontract offer for 2Gbps plan, not it changes to 3Gbps.
