i get the same problem also, the CSO also asked me to dial *26733, but to no avail, the sms still link me to their ideas portal to sign up for BBoM. CSO already confirmed I am entitled to free AMPed. yet to call back, please update me if you found a workaround solution.

I remember when mine was activated I received an SMS telling me that the service was activated. It can also be found in my SingTel My Account page under VAS. Is it listed as a free VAS for yours?

Hi all, i was previously working for Singtel as Amped promoter. All iFlexi plans comes with FREE Amped service. If you find out that you cant use it on your phone, just call the hotline and tell the CSO that you would like to activate your Amped service. Reason being: u might be on iFlexi plan and not iFlexi Amped plan. But dont worry they are both the same...dont need to pay extra.

For downloading of music, it's unlimited and there's no data charges. All songs can only be played on your phone. However if you download songs via Amped website (PC), you get to download and keep 15 songs every month. Happy downloading!!

has anyone figured out how to use this service? all it does when i enter the app is to ask me to login with my mobile number but when i do so, the login box just pops back on and ask me to enter my mobile number again, and again, etc. calling the CSO doesnt seem to help as all they ask me to do is to switch off and on my phone or delete and re-download the app. :s22:
