I tried restarting. Still like that. Weird. It just happen these two days. Since last night. Keeps getting the singtel missed call sms.

I am getting the same issue on my iPhone 5, but I am on M1.

Dunno wad the heck is going on, gonna start off by trying to change SIM card first.

Mine was worse, wrote to Singtel they tell me at certain places no reception. Wrote to IDA also cannot help. Showed them screen shots as well also no use. Basically i am just paying to enjoy lousy network and 3G. They wouldnt even give u discount on your monthly bills but ask you to change to LTE..zzzzz

I think my problem is due to the transition signal change from LTE to 3G when there's incoming call. Suppose to change smoothly, but when there's incoming call, I can see the signal change to 3G but the phone nve ring. Singtel tech team advise me to only use LTE when I need it. N switch to 3G so I can receive calls. They said they're looking at 4G voice.

Anyway, if u guys have any problems. I highly recommend u all to go to their singtel support twitter n communicate with the ppl there. They are more dedicated than the 1688 helpdesk. Was quite surprised with the effort n quick response n the knowledge plus the follow up they have there, instead of the 1688 help desk. Previously I called 1688, only ask me to reset network settings. Zzz

Strange. No such issues.
Try resetting your network settings?
Are you on the latest telco config?

Settings > General > About > Carrier - Singtel 14.1

tried your method. off LTE and manage to receive calls instead of caller alert sms.

I am getting the same issue on my iPhone 5, but I am on M1.

Let me know if the SIM change works.

I have the same problem. Signal is perfect, but cannot receive call. Tested it side by side on my land line. SMS also cannot receive. Called M1 and told me to do many things. I feedback that I tried all and cannot work.

The last resort, switched off LTE and remain at 3G. Presto! It works.

So bottom line, I pay monthly for the 4G VAS (though it is stated free, but I believe the cost is built-in).

Yah. Main thing is must switch off LTE. But I find it absurd. Need to on n off. So troublesome.

When there's incoming call, the signal will change from LTE to 3G. Though u didn't receive the call, the phone will remain at 3G for awhile before it switch back to LTE. So I think if the person calling u, can call again the second time before it switch back to LTE, u can actually receive the calls. Have to keep calling until it get through while it stays on 3G
