When i log in with my company email and select plan, under XO48 there is a small tap that said S$9 rebate every month. When i go check out and under CIS promo, the value is S$0.

So is the S$9 rebate still valid for CIS monthly??? Anyone here faced the same issue?

I saw that too for it is the same other XO plans.

Not sure if the price tag is after rebate or before rebate. It is not clear at all.

It's valid. Same happened to me, on XO 78. The $18 rebate does not reflect at online checkout.

Note that for my first bill after porting in, they prorated first month usage and first month rebate, but charge second month in the same bill, but the rebate is not there. Their reply was that this rebate (for second month) comes in the next bill.

Just for conclusion and reference, I asked for the rebate on XO 108 today. Turns out, it differs.

For my mom's company, the CIS offer is as such:

9 dollars off XO 48 (pay 39 a month)
18 dollars off XO 78 (pay 60 a month)
25 dollars off XO 108 (pay 83 a month)

I'm considering signing under my mom's name haha. The cheaper cost is attractive.

Consider the fact that Note20+ 5G 512GB is likely to be about 2198 MSRP. Singtel to likely price the upfront cost at around 898 (since the S20 Ultra 5G debuted with 588 upfront cost). Thanks!
