Singtel Fiber deals?

can anyone advise what are the best settings for uTorrent if using Singtel fibre

I was shock when i saw the bill ( online , i gotta check postbox today ).
When I signup, the sale guy told me registration fees or installation fees need to pay upfront ( i think about 80$ ++ ) and he told me to get MIO TV (9++$) and all will be waived then i get tv also.

My first activation date is 29 june, and i check bill yesterday (exactly one month), damn fiber got 176$ and TV got 16$. Have no idea, gotta check and go for complain!
49.9$ + 55 $ should be only 105 . what is 176!!

I chose digital line as I can use miovoice SIP to call singapore local numbers foc when I'm away from Singapore.

Any1 still waiting for Singtel to fulfill their deal? Signed up bundle during PC show and kept delaying. Due to give a reply but manager not answering calls now. Had been paying full rate for Starhub fibre infinity since July. Singtel supposed to install everything by July but now nothing has been done

during the june pc show 2013 the alienware promo and the microsoft surface pro promo, got come with ms office?

that period i went to challenger and checked theirs, got include ms office.
