2nd question is for tomorrow (Prestige or Red) - have to complete the whole order include payment?

I am under CIS, so is there option to renew under CIS?

just a guide …
if M plan, 12th mth into 24 contract, non keyline
downgrade to Core Plan (SIM only plan)
Price Plan Downgrade Fee = $531.38

was considering but seems not worth it
the only viable option is to run down the contract and downgrade next year
besides the no contract of the Core plan, i was intrigued by the Buy Back (mobile phone) offer
but i’m not very sure of what and how it go about esp with the 12/24/36 mths pay later, and if after 12 mths how much to pay, and even if its possible to get new phone … too many unknowns (cos i don’t feel like contacting ST to enquire)

in the end i guess i’ll just recontract and pay the $356 + cost of iphone 16 this round
or maybe just ask the counter staff on day of collection for clearer pic

reg 2nd Q … should be … unless they cock up again esp with the payment for those opting delivery method (instead of collection at ST shop)
i always opt for shop collection so not entirely sure of how long the other group of buyers had to wait to settle their online payments
iirc it dragged on till Sat last year

Was told that the $5 already deducted from the price of phone shown on website.. eg. 16pm 512gb 12 mth is 178$ = $2136.. discount of 60$ (12*5$) cost different from Apple Store.. yes I stated the 30$ downgrade fee also above.. the buy back thing is another monthly cost.. in my opinion is useless.. u pay more

I have 2 lines I’m dropping to sim only plan, but for now only using one to get iPhone PM. The other one I might use to get iPhone 16 plus (want to see color in store first next week before buying), can I still use the other line to get the phone using pay later afterwards - say next month even?

shouldn’t be restricted to get equipment at the time of changing plans over to sim only right? Especially considering sim only plan is no contract?

Anyone able to shed light on this before I call Singtel this evening?
