got appointment at one of the Singtel outlets to pick up my pre-ordered 16PM and recontract my line

I would like to check here first if it is possible to do the recontract the plan with CIS benefits at the store, or is there a special arrangement for such CIS recontracts?

AFAIK based on past experiences, during recontract, you can request to switch to CIS scheme as long as your company is participating. You will need to bring your staff ID for verification.

Raffles City singtel is exclusive retailer. Something like franchise business. maybe waiting time is long too due to smaller shop and very few counters.

missed the day when singtel set up many counters in single location such as MBS hall, Singtel HQ office, etc.. the atmosphere very different then
