I think it’s related to their system outrage in the morning when they open shops for business. Everyone stand there wait for the system to come back online for more than 20minutes before they decide to go with the manual paper method.

Now can only pray that the staff recorded my recontract details and plan correctly, if not later when they input wrong info into the system then jialat.

Just got mine.. Never even bother to ask him to unbox. Just need to give him OTP and signed and that's it.

Small chip they don’t accept should be normal. Who will accept phone that is chipped off? Maybe deduct some amount off

i dont know its not even like a dent jsut a small chip paint off.

they can deduct whatever they want but unfortunately hes only the delivery guy and cant make such decision so i had to reschedule again
