It should be issued within the same month of your last recontract date annually.
e.g. If you recontracted in Sep last year, you should get it in Sep this year.

finally managed to get hold of a ST CS…. Throw live chat ansking regarding my vouchers keep telling me unable to check anmd ansk me call CS and 1688 now manned by AI…. need to passthru to reach a CS.

Ask me where i got the information regarding the loyalty voucher and told me will issue at the 21st mth. If I recon my keyline now, voucher will wait another 21 mth…..

Stock status is updated every 10 minutes, with the first update done at 8AM and last update at 10PM daily.

last night after 10pm it shown there’s 2tb orange at CWP, this morning 7am+ no more…

I saw that at 12pm yesterday and cab my way down.
then they told me no more stock website not accurate.

now the website remove the stock availability feature....

Ya they had removed it.
Ur chances is harder because they updated every 10mins between 8am to 10pm and the timing is saw us 12pm.

what I’m surprised was that the timing I saw and first posted was late after 10pm whereby all shop had closed and should had been updated. But it was gone before the shop open the next day….

nope. It will show the number of location carrying the stock and when you clicked in, it will show the store name that the stock with available, selling fast status.

Newbie question, planning to walk in buy iPhone 17 Pro 256GB for wife, ready stock.

After purchase, do we have to open the box to check for defect or not compulsory?

if I’m not wrong, all telco delivery and locker pickup is sealed set.

At telco shop/exclusive partner, Authorized reseller (challengers, courts, istudio etc) all must open box and (telco confirm must activate).

I cant remember izzit from iphone 5 series they started this procedure when I got mine from Singtel.

Whats good about this is that genuine customer haw chance to get their set on day 1 if they willing to Q, rather than OOS notice when shop open
(u know I know hahaha)
