Go to the Apple trade in website. You’ll get a better value there. Key in your serial number and select the short survey of the physical condition of your devices.

I sold my 7plus (256gb) to a phone shop in Far East Plaza for $550 during Dec. I think you’ll get a better offer at these shops.

Iphone 7 plus 128GB trade in is S$400 now for singtel.

If your condition of the phone is very bad, no point selling to shop, they will minus this and that off your condition which will end up same as singtel or worse.

Singtel trade in only need the phone and charger, you can keep the rest. Outside shop demand full package else they will minus.

Anyway, it's still best to ask outside how much they can offer you, then compare yourself.

That's provided you want to buy a new phone from Singtel, then trade in.

Going via Brightstar/Apple, can just keep the $$. Or buy phone from M1 instead.

And if your charger is brand-new, can keep as spare for next phone.
