Singtel Mobile Share Number Retention

Hey guys,

Have anyone tried converting your existing Combo plan into a MobileShare plan? Were you able to keep your old number? I was told by 2 different CSO with 2 different answers so here i come to ask if there's anyone with actual experience doing it. One say that i can keep the number, the other one said that mobileshare come strictly with new number.

I currently have 2 Combo plan and both will be out of contract soon. I am planning to upgrade one plan to higher tier, and convert the other one into a MobileShare tagged to my main plan (effectively cancelling the second Combo plan)
