Singtel Mobile Swop vs Apple care

Hi, I'm currently subscribe to Singtel Mobile swop on my 11PM. And I'm getting my new toy 12PM this friday from Apple store. I just called singtel and they are unable to transfer this mobile swop service from 11pm to 12pm as it is not their singtel unit which is understandable. Mobile swop is a great deal and I"ve been using for almost 2/3years since they launched the service. I'm wondering does apple care as good as singtel mobile swop.
Can anyone here share your experiences here, thanks.

Guess he is deciding between this and AC+. Personally prefer AC+

No faith in any replacement sets given other than from Apple.

Telco insurance service is good only if you have a tendency to lose the phone as AC+ doesn’t cover this portion.

Yes but best to buy one day 1 to max coverage. You can get full refund within the first month if you changed your mind

actually if u want to have max coverage should be on the 60th day, cause u can get 2 years + 60 days of coverage

Nope it's start from the date of purchase regardless when u get the iPhone

Yesterday I buy my iPhone 12 pro max the singtel staff did ask me wanted to opt out the mobileswop.

Last time 12 months contact only $9.99 per month
But now they increased the price to $12.99 per month.
(Just $30 discount need hang on a 12 months contract)

For me I choose to opt out this mobileswope service, because like paying everymonth for nothing...
