Hi Singtel, I have an existing Singtel number on E3 pls.

I would like to port over my m1 number (no contract) to Singtel mobileshare. Does it means every month I just need to pay $10 plus for this mobileshare number and this number can use the data/talktome bundles with my E3 plan’s line?

Is there any contract for mobileshare when I port over as the above scenario?

Thanks

Hi salmonella,

We confirm that an existing line (not the main and only Singtel mobile line) can be converted to MobileShare when it is out of contract.

MobileShare is a supplementary plan which is supported on Combo 1,2,3, 6 and 12 postpaid plans.

Thanks for the info.

Hi unlimited_max,

We just checked with the relevant team and confirmed that you can port in the line to a MobileShare line if you have an existing mobile postpaid line with us.

Yeap. Just take note of the one-time 48.15 registration charge when you port in that number.

Hi sillyb0y,

The current promotion is 50% off MobileShare supplementary plan (24-month contract) with sign-up of DATA X3 or DATA X INFINITY.

This promotion is valid for port in/new/re-con customers for Combo 2 plans and above. It is available at our Singtel Shops and Exclusive Retailers.

Do let us know if you have further questions.

Is this promo for mobile share still ongoing now?

Singtel postpaid can't be converted to mobile share. (Unless maybe you port to another Telco and port back)

Can singtel prepaid be converted to mobile share?

Hi Spirax,

Thanks for your interest in converting from Singtel Prepaid to Mobileshare.

Thank you to @galaxyuser, he is correct. There is a one-time Registration Fee of $10.70 and SIM Card Fee of $37.45 for such a conversion.

We wish both of you a Happy Lunar New Year in advance!

If having SingTel prepaid, any charge to convert to mobileshare

Have. One time registration + Postpaid sim fee of 48.15 for switching to postpaid since Mobileshare is a Postpaid addon.

Can singtel prepaid be converted to mobile share?

SingTel Postpaid can be converted to Mobileshare only after the contract is fulfilled (e.g. 24 Months Contract).

I had converted 2 Lines to Mobileshare last November.

Hi, I have 1 main line (Combo 3-CIS, 22nd month of contract, eligible for recontract) and one mobile share line under this main line (both are under my name), can I transfer the ownership of both line together to wife and meanwhile do the recontract as one mainline (Combo 3 - CIS) and one mobile share line (all under wife's name)? Thanks
