Look at your contract or call your telco. It is just a call away

yea looks like i have to call.

i tried to do online re-contract. the only thing i get regarding this is just a warning saying the fee will be on the next bill. they did not state how much, so i didn't proceed to order..

i'm asking need pay how much.......

edit: btw, key mobile line got waiver of early recontract fee.

Waiver of early recontract Fee is only applicable when these terms are met:
1) Recontract from 12th month onwards for main line
2) Recontract on the same plan OR higher
3) The early recontract voucher is given by the telco
4) Other T&Cs imposed by the carriers

Since you’re doing the recontract from Combo 4 to Combo 3, the 2nd Term doesn’t apply. Therefore, it’ll be treated as termination of handset contract and the penalty will apply.

where did you get this? i can't find it in the t&c

edit: just called and asked. need pay so much about 400++ for the downgrade penalty fee.

and the 12months early recontract for key mobile line still got waive if i change to any combo plans.

lol sia.. how they calculate i also don't know. even if you calculate the difference in mobile phone subsidy + plan price also not even close to half of 40+/month.

Well this is the T&C that you signed, you can’t do anything other than to obey, or to pay.

The only two available routes you’ve right now to avoid paying penalty for nothing:
1) Don’t do early recontract and maintain on Combo 4 till contract ends, then downgrade.
2) Upgrade to Combo 6 and utilise the $350 early recontract Fee voucher.
