Still on the old XO 88 plan and on Sept 2023 bill under CIS, CallerID got charge $0.50. Previously don’t have. Damn…was fully waive off.

If you don’t use much of data , you can change your plan to S PLAN , or M plan which more data and unlimited talktime - 18% for your CIS discount , you can always check for promotion for free caller id for CIS . + changing to new singtel plans will give you loyalty voucher

Registered iPhone interest, went in 8pm on the dot and cannot get the phone I “registered” for.
Apparently it opened 2 minutes before?? Where got time refresh page over and over.

Moving all my 4 lines over to m1 in a few days when contract over.

Can’t beat $17 M1 sim only cori plan with caller id etc. Even Singtel supplementary is currently $12+$5 (same price). TCO is much cheaper then any of the current plans from S to Fam that Singtel offers irregardless of vouchers and offers.. plus no stress of needing to recontract on the dot and fight with stock that they cannot even guarantee.

i realized this is an add on at $10 plus GST but they word it as bundled with M plan. So can’t cancel it?

they will probably tell you it’s discounted pricing so you have to take it when you sign up with M plan.

How does the Singtel Family Plan work?

1. Can the main subscriber change phone every year? Does that mean the contract is 12 months?I f the contract is 24 months, what is the use of $500 yearly voucher?

2. It includes 3 mobile. Is it 3 in addition to the main subscriber? Should I pay additional for this 3 lines? Can the data and mins be shared with the additional lines?
