Hi Home Broadband network Guru,
Singtel Plan: 1+1Gbps Gaming plan
Currently subscribe to this 1+1Gbps gaming plan. Recently had some issue with my previous ONR (Huawei). WiFi connected but no Internet connection. Call up Singtel support and they suggest to change away the ONR. So I just follow their instruction to exchange to Nokia G-240G-E ONR.
When back home, trying to setup Nokia ONR but to my surprise, I can't even do a simple configuration like change the IP address, DHCP range, etc. Currently connect Port 1 to my Asus RT-AC86U router in AP mode. Port 4 to my Singtel Asus RT-AX86U which is the Gaming network. Since, there isn't much settings that I can do in Nokia ONR, is it possible to request Singtel to change the Port 1 to "bridge mode" so that I can set my AC86U to Router mode instead of AP mode?
Did tried talk to the lady (technical support) over the phone but she keep saying 1+1Gbps only can have 1 bridge (that is Port 4). The Port 1 to 3 is not allow to change to "bridge" mode.
How do you guys do the configuration setup for VPN, home ip-cam, etc?
Thanxs in advance!
