Losing 40% of my initial investment on Stinktel. Probably will have to cut loss or add more when it becomes Sinktel.

from moi experience wif them:

#1 No incentive for long term/loyal customers
Instead of giving perks/carrots to entice the above group, seem efforts are only done for new customers! Feedback/input from the above grp met wif lip service 10 year series auto reply like "we hear you" and "your feedback is impt to us" yet year upon year nuffin is done and everything stays the same o_O

#2 Anti Consumer expereince
From products to customer service, it seems everything is geared to be as convenient and max profit for Singtel while being rigid and toxic for customers! Products are simply too cookie cutter/one dimensional and inflexible to cater to customers needs! Does every household/user *need* 1Gbps internet? What about retirees no income or low income family?? Why the TV packages so inflexible?? I feedback about no income retiree/elderly who willing to drop a pretty penny on TV packages but dun need anywhere near 1Gbps internet years back! Tell them why not bundle FOC lower speed internet like 200-300Mbps if min spend like $80-90 on TV? Like they ever cared zzzz Dun even get me started abt their merry go round customer service setup haha

Singtel CEO notice moi fatcat avatar and invaluable/frank feedback! dun mind cash reward also and/or FOC lifetime singtel services :vijayadmin:
