Probably best to check w Singtel, it only states that it cost $40 instead of having a value of $40.

"The new Prepaid 5G Ultimate plan is an all-in-one plan that costs $40 (U.P. $42) for 150GB (usual 120GB). Out of which, 40GB out of the 120GB can be used in either Singapore or Malaysia. The new 5G Ultimate Plan also includes 5000 local mins, 500 SMS, $20 IDD and 28 days of free incoming calls. The plan is valid for 28 days.
