Hi, need help with regards to this membership
from the FAQ :
all conditions met, been paying >$250 for last 9 months
called 1688 to check on why i have not been enrolled, nor invited
each time saying will call back but nothing doing
funny thing, called in to check Red Prestige ...
CSO thinks i'm enquiring on Red Rewards
last call made today, promised call back by 3pm, time came and pass no call
first call, 3 months back ... waited 2 mths and still UFO (claims i did not call)
really frustrated, thinking next step is to write in to escalate but wanna check here first of similar experience, reasons why ?
was told Retention Dept doesn't handle Red Prestige, only CSO ...
is there a way to get to the relevant dept directly ?

Who is eligible for the Singtel Prestige programme?
Singtel customers who have an existing Singtel Mobile, Home Broadband or Singtel TV service for at
least 1 year, and have a minimum eligible spend of $250 per month on your Singtel bill for the last 6
consecutive months while maintaining good credit standing, will be automatically enrolled into the
Singtel Prestige programme. Membership is by invitation only.
