Singtel SMS notifications regarding data usage

Last time I used to receive SMS notifications from Singtel when I had used up to 80% or 90% of data.

But now I no longer receive such SMS notifications. Did Singtel stop this service? Or do I need to activate it?

It's still available unless you turned it off manually. You can check the alert history or toggle the service on or off using singtel app.

bro, thanks for replying but i didn't turn it off. I don't even have the singtel app. the notifications just stopped suddenly.
