When you want to upgrade your phones, it will state eg Jan upgrade fees is 400, May is 200, Aug is 100. If after Aug there's isn't any upgrade fees right? After Aug is Sept, for example. Or must wait 2 extra months? Like October contract end date?

Usually, you can recontract without upgrade fees in the last 3 months of your contract. So, if your 2-yr contract ends in Oct, then you can recontract without upgrade fees from July.

Read your mobile contract agreement la.

Generally is first 20months got early recon fee.

There's no penalty from 21st month onwards.
March = 24th month
Feb = 23
Jan = 22
Dec = 21
Hence Dec no fee.
