Some users are complaining SingTel down again now on Facebook Singtel page. Looks like there may still be issues, especially 5G.

My SingTel and Zym lines are both okay, with 5G SA connection.

my household got 5 ST lines. 1st day all 5 down, 2nd day, two still down until late eveing then recover.
the 2 that was still down on 2nd day were 5G SA plans. It's a heng suay thing... I suspect their network slicing plus QOS efforts have made recovery more difficult and inconsistent. I don't have facts, just speculating.

that make some sense about network slicing. Singtel MVNO's aren't really affected, we get lowest priority and bandwidth

My guess is a bit different -- I am guessing the new 5G SA customers from SingTel Prepaid, Gomo and Zym/Zero1/VIVIFI/CMLink somehow stressed out the 5G Core Network.

Actually Gomo customer is also affected. They are also have lower priority.
Maybe Singtel have different Low Priority.

Low Priority Plus - Gomo
Low Priority Enhanced - Zero1, Zym, Vivifi 5G SA
Low Priority Lite - Zero1, Zym, Vivifi 5G NSA / 4G
Lowest Priority - Heya, Singtel Hi!

They segment it very well, till now very complicated

IMHO.
I suspect if you are an original SIngtel customer who never ported out, they remove you from their database.
My household that 1 line is like that. When I call the line, the message was "the number is not in use". That line only recovered when call 1688.

I doubt this idea, if it were the case, it would likely be limited to a small group of users who face trouble registering onto the network, while users already connected may face lag, however this seems to affect a large population of users who face a total lack of connectivity.

My guess is that its due to a buggy configuration / software update pushed to the network. In such case it is not surprising that it would take engineers an hour roll back and restart the network.

Otherwise it could very well be a cyberattack.

Good hypothesis, especially for the first incident on 16 March 2026.

My guess is based on the complaints that 5G customers are more affected and SingTel kind of adviced the user to stay with 4G network on Facebook.

Anyway, let's wait for the investigation reports later. Three incidents may have different root causes.

One more difference found between Zym and SingTel SIM Only.

Previously I attributed the lack of VoWIFi support for my Zym SIM card to the use of SIM2 slot.

But today I put Zym SIM card on SIM 1 and SingTel SIM Only SIM card on SIM 2. Then I find out that SingTel SIM still works with VoWIFi if I use airplane mode but connected to home WiFi. Zym SIM card does not work.

So looks like Zym does not support VoWiFi (Voice over Wi-Fi).

Any users here got VoWiFi working?

This is what I find out about Zym.
