They are using. New system according to a senior Cso who serve me after more than 1mth mine free 6 month Apple Music in limbo

So I hope mine it’s fixed soon by this week

I feel their comcentre staff need to buck up there services before I went comcentre is ok now seem like drops badly

If register correctly, Singtel will send you an sms and it will just open Apple Music.

Once Apple Music opened, you wait awhile and it will say something like billing thru Singtel or Apple then select Singtel and the link should be established

how come they just cant share the link to our email and save all the trouble. SMS can be miss out or accidentally deleted when clearing msg. . .

Seriously a waste of my time. Very upset with singtel, totally not doing anythg to help customers. I am porting out once my contract ends.

At last after nearly 2 month mine singtel music Apple Music free for 6 mth works

After I try all means to feedback to their cso
Will monitor it how it’s it longer if got any issue as I saw some feedback it steaming will deduct from our given data


As cso the told me singtel just upgraded new system so still neeed to adapt and learn it and so This is why it’s mess up all our service

So I do advice do feedback although it ya is sian what to do but singtel got to really test their system if go live with it and affect all their customers
