Skills badge placement?

Hi guys, just I just bought a CSB from my emart and I need to sew it on my number 4.

Thing is, I currently have an AFE badge which is slightly longer than the CSB.

Should I remove the AFE badge and sew it such that it's

AFE
CSB
Singapore

Or should it be

AFE CSB
Singapore

AFE must always be at the top as it is your vocation tab although it looks weird as it is longer than the CSB but that's how it is
