germany got very strict rules for immigration / work . but recently they got hit by alot of **** from another video from this girl.Another issue is ageism in companies.
Many companies don't wanna hire reskilled staff in their 40s and 50s, rather turn to hiring younger people instead. Don't forget about FT competition too.
