Hi anyone has recommendation for removal of skin tags? I have so many on my neck that I don't feel like looking into the mirror.

You can try using a mole remover pen that zaps the tag off. I removed several skin tags using it. Bought mine on Lazada for about $7.50. Can't post link due to insufficient post count but you can always search Lazada or Shopee.
