Baiyoke one is not the best I think. Sirocco at Lebua state tower usually mentioned as one of the best. I don't like because must wear proper and all. You're in Bangkok, not other cities.

I went to Above Elven on the rooftop of Fraser Suites at Sukhumvit Soi 11... Not a bad place to chill out... My damage there with my gf was about 2100 baht with food and a bottle of wine... Just remember to make a reservation as the place is rather small...

Hi king_men, can I check if kids are a lot in Above Elven? Planning for a gathering, but friends coming with family. TIA

Hi lohkinwah, I dun think kids will be a problem... They do have large sofas to cater for groups of up to 6 to 8 adults depending on size... You can visit their website www.aboveeleven.com to get a clearer picture of their menu and prices... In my opinion the view from above eleven will make your evening there worth while...

How much are the price range for Lebua? Thinking of bringing my girl there. Either Lebua or Red Sky at Grand Centara for after dinner drinks

i went a few. Leap frog (small and more for their own hotel guest), Red sky bar - there is happy hour buy 1 free 1, nice view at night, cosy place. Just came back from Octave Bar at Marriott Hotel (near Thonglo bts) currently should be the most IN bar, beautiful sunset, happy hour from 5 to 7pm also buy 1 free 1, night view wasnt as great as the rest but sunset was good. if looking for 1 near to BTS can try octave bar. most importantly, guys can wear shorts (but must be decent, not torn) and wear shoes, no slippers. unlike sirocco have to be more formal wear. during the happy hour, drinks was about sgd 10 per drink. cheap and good as compared to sg.
