Hi all

So I am building a new PC due to my old one for about 5 years slowing down like a tortoise. Budget about 1.5k and hopefully able to play BF4 in medium graphics at 720p. Will be doing some simple Photoshop sometimes but not often. Not intending to over clock also

CPU INTEL-1150 CORE I5-4570 3.2GHZ 6MB 255.13
GPU gigabyte gtx 770 oc edition pci-e 3.0 2gb 433.76
PSU corsair rm 650 atx psu 80 plus gold full modular 140.31
Seasonic M12 850W* 178.6
Motherboard gigabyte h87-d3h 4x ddr3 6x sata3 hdmi d-sub 120.23
Casing silverstone 'temjin series' tj08e black matx case usb3 127.57
Ram g skill 8g(2x4g)ddr3 1600mhz pc12800 cl9 121
HDD samsung 128gb ssd 840bw pro sata3 2.5 163.98
WD 1TB Blue 76.54
CPU cooler Not sure

So the 3 parts which I am not sure about is the PSU, HDD and CPU cooler. I have read from the forum that amazon would be cheaper to have PC parts ordered and since I could afford to wait I would probably go with that. Or would you guys recommending get price lists from SLS and compare it shop by shop. Have some prior computer building skills but may have lost it due to long time not using it.

Please drop your comments or just sledge me about my build. Thanks alot!

1st thing 1st, for every overseas purchase of above US$300, you will get charged 7% GST. So, only vertain items are worth getting frm amazon. The rest best is to get frm SLS.

For PSU, can get superflower HX600w. Dun need 850w, thats for SLI/Xfire.

For cpu+mobo combo, can get msi b85m g43 + i5-4570.

For ssd, can get plextor m5s 128gb or if u wan 240gb, can get frm resellers from marketplace. Can try searching for samsung evo 250gb, intel 530 240gb, crucial M500 240gb. If can find 1 below $200, it is a good buy. If not at $200 oso can. Anything higher, they are earning more profits bah.

Since you are not gonna OC, use intel stock cooler. If not nice, go get CM hyper 212x.

For GPU, can try find MSI r9 280x. Comparable performance to 770 yet cheaper.
