Anyone knows if sleep apnea can get excuse? Hospital Doctor diagnosed my cousin with moderate sleep apnea that actually suppose to use CPAP but he no money. Doctor only can give solution to help better his sleep by sleeping early with melatonin. But my cousin say sleep in camp worse cause got so many factors happen in camp like mosquito bites, uncomfortable bed, humid even with fans blowing all over, shared bunk so people will turn on lights suddenly etc.

He ask if his diagnosis from hospital with paper and documents can proof to MO to allow him to excuse stay in? Some days the poor fella can't sleep even though in bed from 2100 hours trying to sleep but keep waking up during night time cause of sleep apnea then need wake up 0530 to do work.

And he often feel so sleepy in the afternoon and groggy if wake up too early to do work.
Can MO excuse him from stay in?
