Sleeper Train from Chiangmai to BKK.

Planning a trip to CM then follow by BKK early next year. Total 4 pax adults with 1 large luggage each. Any idea how early I need to book the sleeper train to BKK from CM? Which is better? First class cabin? Do they have enough space for storage for luggages under the seats?

If the tickets are limited then most likely will opt for bus since wanna enjoy the scenery. Not in a hurry therefore dun mind taking the longer route.

The First-class sleeper in Thailand comes 2 to a cabin, so there is sufficient space on the floor at least, for your luggage. Some cabins come with interconnecting doors.
