Sli with different Bios

Hi all gurus

I am on gtx680 lightning 2xsli...
However, the two cards have diff bios....
Will it affect the performance?

The main card is on 80.04.47.00.41 and the second card is 80.04.47.00.18.

Should I flash the bios?

Appreciate your advices.
