It seems like when searching for slim and light laptop, usually all i find it

1. Super expensive ultrabook with overkill specs
2. Cheap but crap laptop with 32gb storage, celeron cpu

Is there other slim and light laptop, under 500, but with decent normal specs?
Purpose of use is light browsing, media consumption, chrome cast, heavier stuff i have a pc

Normal specs like i3, 4gb ram, 128ssd start at around $700+. Theres the Dell 5370 for $799 I think at 1.4kg.
