After installing my new Samsung 850 Evo ssd and windows 10 on it, the boot time is actually ridiculously slow (up to 5min, slower than my hdd) I have also set to AHCI mode andd updated my drivers. Anyone have any idea what could be done abt this? Thanks

See if the OS will detect Windows Boot Performance issues and notifying you about any available resolutions.
Alternately
Start -> Type "Event Viewer" ->
"Applications and Services Logs" -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Diagnostics-Performance ->Operational.
Click on Event ID 100
Click on the Details tab
Post the details here
