Slow browsing speed on Desktop

Previously everything okay, until a week ago, surfing websites become very laggy

How can I diagnosed what's wrong? Already isolated telco, router and the RJ cables, how to proceed next?

install ublock? hwz a lot of crap

slow hdd also cause slow browsing. use ssd

If you're using Windows 10, could be another source of problem. Some systems start acting weird after certain Windows 10 updates install.
