Sluggish PC after Cleaning

Hi, need some opinon on this. I just dusting off all my case fan and gpu fan and after restarting, everything feels sluggish. I did removed the gpu but should not have have matter, thoughts?

first thing u can try is using hdtune check your harddisk if there are any bad sectors

cleaning dust shouldnt cause such problems
