Has anyone setup a Microsoft based enterprise environment for a SME for 20 to 50 people, if they do not want hosted services like Office 365?

What do they usually need (e.g. a server to run AD, MS SQL server, NAS/SAN, IIS) and how much would it cost?

If a server rack is involved, would that require special electrical cabling or cooling to be catered for in the office like in data center?

There are many companies that provide such services. Just ask for quotation and compare prices

Maybe can try HCI setup. Cheaper in long run
