small form factor rig

Hi bros, appreciate if you can give some tips on how to complete this build

i want to built a small quiet rig to watch HD videos and general use

Currently looking at:
Intel i5 or i7
MSI 7850 2GB TF
2x4gb 1600mhz ram
128gb samsung evo ssd
1tb wd blue

what is a quiet case, psu and mobo for small form factor? budget max 1k

Why watch video and general use need i7 ?

just want to future proof and system to be very responsive, i guess cpu is best place to put $ for this

i3 no need ssd also more than overkill for watching HD movies... but if you like to contribute more to the economy spending on i7, we will not stop you also...
