Small form rig recommendation

Hi,

Need advice for a small form rig mainly for surfing net, dl torrents and watching HD movies on 42" TV. I do not need OS, mouse and k/b.

Budget wise, as low as possible, hopefully not more than $400. Not sure if I can reuse my WD Caviar 320Gb HDD from my old desktop and save some bucks.

With the small casing, possible to include internal wifi card or use adapter would be better choice?

your budget too low for mini itx small form factor system, best can get is maxt, suggest you to up your budget a little

Can swop the CPU with cheapest Celeron G1610 which is still pretty much overkill for what TS needs and for maximum savings.

Chassis and PSU can also go smaller and quieter like Antec ISK110 (using external power adapter)..
