What I meant was that I don't think there's any brands that has entirely automated their manufacturing, but they all should have automated as much possible and probably left with say the final few steps that requires humans still.

any xiaomi note 10 pro user here having difficulty specifically when using google wallet for public transport lately?

no problem to use google wallet at other merchants, and if use physical card to tap in/out when taking public transport also no problem, seems to be isolated only when using google wallet for public transport

have tried restoring NFC function on phone, and getting bank (card issuer) to uplift security parameters on card, remove card from google wallet, and re-add back, still the same

bank requested that i reach out to google wallet for help as they don't see anything wrong with the card on their side

asked train station service station they shared that they encountered a few such cases, with oppo and xiaomi phone users

Samsung and apple like dont really automate assembly. Insai alot thing wrap here wrap there plug here plug there 1.
But cause of dat it can be small.

Xm usually just 2 layers, single sided. Mainboard layer, components mounted to Mainboard layer.

They usually only have 1 ribbon layer, across from bottom Mainboard to top mainboard to pass signal across the battery.

Samsung repairability not that great from what I recall.

Recently china forum talking about hyperos bug that will clear data of app without user knowledge.

Someone analysed captured log found is xiaomi modded google rescueparty feature to rescuepartyplus. Google version was to original to bring phone to recovery menu when apps crashed repeatedly while booting. Used number of crashes within certain period of time as a level. Each incremental level will reset system settings or reboot to rescue the app from crashing. The most serious level 5 is boot to recovery menu for user to factory reset. At this stage user data is still intact.

Xiaomi modded version added auto clear app cache and data.

Normally when app hanged, system will popup app not responding then present option to wait or close app. That is caused by the app crashing in the background. The wait option will increase the rescueparty level for that app. For xiaomi hyperos press the wait option many times within few minutes will trigger the auto clear app cache and data.

So when app stopped responding better choose close app option. Some people say the bug is carry over from miui 14.
