Don't use this type of ads that so called charges faster. It only clears your ram and a lock screen for you. The lock screen filled with ads. End up you waste data and battery

It's from the flashlight app that you installed. You can go to the settings of that app and disable it from there.

yup, from the flashlight app. i also got it and i quickly uninstalled it. crap app.
